    Sorry, I’m a little slow. So I’m doing a recomp with Ostarine. My bottle says 33mg and there is 30ml. The first 4 weeks doing 20 and the last 4 doing 25. So that is basically over half of liquid in the dropper correct? How many ml do I draw out with a syringe?

    I've increased just my squat by 50lbs over past 3-4 months using a linear progression. Squatting twice a week adding 5lbs every time, doing 3 sets of 5 reps. Not world record numbers but I'm happy with the strength gains

    He wants to increase strength. Crossfit football uses a linear progression which is awesome for increasing strength. Plus throws in conditioning which we all need. Just a recommendation. Nothing else. An alternative.
