Sorry to hear about the accident. Good to see it hasn't derailed your fitness endeavors. Ive never in my life done anything isolating my forearms. The roller luckily for me my gym has one so ill be using that and start doing assistance for forearms. I guess ill just go with the mixed then as im...
Im currently using a double pronated grip conventional deadlift. My grip is weaker than a little girl's should i work on this weakness or do you guys just recommend going with the mixed?
I recommend intermittent fasting 100% im finishing up my shift now. Ill be going to sleep soon ill wake up mid day eat small meal workout drink shake post workout do what i gotta do eat a feast at around seven rinse and repeat. Im leaning down just fine. Its possible.
As long as you are pushing yourself one way or another and progressively push harder and harder over time your fitness will improve. Are you pushing yourself?
It all depends really. Everyone progresses differently one week you feel strong one week ull be on 4 hrs sleep. You should be progressing based on how the weight feels. Say for example your lifting 100 lbs for ten reps but this week uve lifted it for twelve, time to increase. Keep pushing...
First off u should be aiming for a weight loss of 1-2 lbs a week anything more than that could be unhealthy. 1 lb lost is great. The anomaly was the ten u lost. Weight loss takes time. Eat right, progress your lifts do some conditioning you should be fine.
Thanks alot guys. Ive been lifting for quite a while but ive never taken my game to the next level w a more advanced program. Id say been lifting around six yrs on and off. But a full year of consecutive lifting. Assistance work doesn't scare me i know what to do in that realm
