Since I started PCT the other day I figured I would post my new numbers and then later my new measurements. Just wanted to thank all of you who helped me out and hope you all enjoyed the thread
Big three
Bench: 300
Squat: 455
Deadlift: 455
Total: 1210
Last night hit a 300 and a 315 bench. Last day of triumph have 4-AD till next Saturday and then I'll be starting the nolva, epic and dermastrength for PCT along with cycle support.
Updating posts. So I did legs and chest.
Legs:
Squat 1 set of 315 for 3
1 set of 365 for 3
1 set of 405 for 3
Chest:
3 sets of 8 at 225
1 set of 225 for 3 close grip
1 set of 1 at 275 close grip
3 sets of 6 205 pause bench
Lat pull downs 3 sets of 15
Triceps extension 3 sets of 15
Abs
My jaw shat the bed. Can't close the right side of my mouth. I'm not particularly sure what it's from but it hurt after I hit 405 for a set of 3 for squatting
Had a flare up of what seems to be borderline gynecomastia. So I upped my dosage of formastanz and started my aromx. Really wanted to save my nolva for PCT. The tenderness went away after 2 days of aromx at 3 caps a day. And 8 pumps of formastanz twice a day. Don't feel very dry but I feel a lot...
Did chest Wednesday, got a great pump felt strong
Competition bench 3 sets of 8 at 215
Close grip 2 sets of 3 at 225
2 sets of 6 1" pause of chest at 185
Lat pull down 2 sets of 10. (Lats were dead)
Shoulder flies 3 sets of 10 25's
Abs
Formastanzol got rid of my headaches and I feel better. My diet has not been on point for the past two days. Sour patch kids are a problem. But today I'll be back in the gym to do bench later.
Deadlifted yesterday, my back was really sore before hand but I was hitting my lifts really well.
So

225 for 3 sets of 10 2" deficit
Lat pull down 4 sets of 15
Dumbbell curls 2 sets of 25 at 25 lbs
Crunches 2 sets of 50
Did chest today felt great usually sucks cause I tore my labrum from pitching in high school.

245 close grip for 2 sets of 1
185 2 sets of 6 1" pause off chest
Lat pull down 4 sets of 15

Started the 4-ad and tr1umph yesterday. Didn't really feel a difference yet. Did legs:
Squat: 3 sets of 10 at 315
Olympic squat: 2 sets of 6 at 315
Pause squats: 2 sets of 6 at 245
GHR with red band: 4 sets of 15
Back extension: 3 sets of 12
Pull-ups: 3 sets AMRAP
Farmers walks: Legs were shot...
