    I also know my estradial is sky high (double the lab range) and my total T has been 600 and 670 on two occasions. I am going to an endo on Monday, is there anything I should specifically ask him to test, and suggestions I could make to him? From what I can gather they sometimes need pointing...

    What is the normal remedy if free T is low? From what I have read docs wont necessarily care if total T is good.

    I have the exact same symtoms of shut down, but I have never taken anything. My total testosterone is 600 - 700 (blood test), but my testosterone levels when taken by saliva is not even in range (very low). Any ideas?

    DavidKay, how long did you have your varicocele for and how big did it end up? I've had mine as long as I can remember. It must be the size of 1.5 chicken eggs!

  11. VARICOCELE...can it effect testosterone?

    I dont understand the range I was given. I have just found that I can convert 23.3nmol/l to ng/dl by doing 23.3 x 28.8 = 671 ng/dl. This appears to be normal. Not sure where the upper range of 60nmol/l comes from because that would be 60 x 28.8 = 1728 ng/dl. Could this be a typing error?

    I have a massive varicocele and I have had blood tests etc. My testosterone results come back as 23.3 nmol/l. The range in the document states 9.4nmol/l - 60nmol/l. Have no experience in testosterone levels but I look low compared to the range. Not sure what to do as I get no pain with mine...
