If you want super healthy, don't drink alcohol at all.
If you just want a drink or two, have whatever you would enjoy most and be done with it. Nothing wrong with a couple of drinks every now and then.
This video is a good watch if you have time to burn, but quite a lot of it is overdramatised rubbish.

Made an order a week or so ago for some bulk AA's and geranium extract to make my own preWO.
Should I be at all worried about the amounts I purchased? I've read about the "3 months supply" thing.
I got 500g of AAKG and beta alanine, 12g of geranium extract (1,3-dimethylamylamine)
