    For ptc - Plans are 20mg nolvadex e/d weeks 1-4 , carry on with black stones gear support weeks 1-4, and then Black stones Eradicate weeks 5-8. How does that look?

    I'm guessing there isn't many in the gym at that time and with super setting chest & delts, 35 minutes is quiet sufficient. Very similar to the way I train, excellent for the pump[emoji123]?

    I'm now 2 weeks in , the first 10 days I used 30mg caps from a English company and wasn't feeling anything really. So ordered some more from a German company which are 20mg caps and BOOM! What a difference, better sleep, better workout after just 2 days , pumped up and generally feeling better...

    5 days in now, no sides apart from a little Nauseous upon waking. No hunger , eating as normal. 30mg capsule each morning.
