    weighing day, sigh, almost 1 kg more. yesterday was training day however, and I did eat quite a lot in the post-workout meal (evening), adding some carbs & smoked salmon. I did keep under 800 calories for the 2 other meals of the day. opinions?

    fasted almost the whole day yesterday exepct dinner. I really felt full (I still feel full today to be honest). It's training day unless it's really cold so let's hope for the best.
