Work nights so I do weight work at night
Mornings do my Army PT
Sleep 5-6 hours a day
Diet: Probably too much, but extremely clean. Protein/Carb/Fat ratio: 50:305:10
I try to eat 1 - 1.5 g protein per pound bw a day
Never been big...working on it.
Want to lose the last 4-5% BF.
Not new to lifting and have taken many OTC supps. Have tried so many, I can't remember what works or not. Hoping to get some insight/advice here.
