Another couple weeks in with not much progress.
Very slight strength gain which could very well be attributed to just training hard and consistently, not much body composition change.
I have been averaging double the dose for 8 weeks now.

Nice. I went up one more rep with incline barbell myself - and my body weight is up about 6 pounds (some of it fat though lol)

Absolutely. But I was on TRT for years and have stopped. Just wanted to get a quick boost for a couple months. As we know - TRT doesn’t work like that.

I was about one more rep stronger in dumbbell shoulder presses yesterday.
Just bought a bottle of 1-andro and 4-andro which seems to be the most anabolic ingredients in Gear Cream. Going to aim for 250-300 mgs of each and see what happens.
I wish I did more research, but it seems like the reason why I’m not seeing what I desired to see is the fact that most if not all recommend to take upwards of 300 mg of 1-andro and 4-andro per day.
The gear cream has 37.5 and 25 mg per pump of 1-andro and 4-andro. Even a whopping 5 pumps only...
No problem. It’s hard to tell precisely how it’s working as I am not as consistent as I’d like to be with training and nutrition. But it seems like you should be taking more than the recommended dose if you are heavier like I am and have done real gear over the years like I have.

I just added one more pump per day a couple days ago (5 total now) to the gear cream and it seems to be making a difference. I woke up today and looked a little bigger. Although I did increase my calorie and protein ingestion a bit too.
Maybe that’s what I needed all along, since at 42 years...
