You can take it with Focus XT. The ingredient overlap is Huperzine A and NeuroRush, which is fine. For Huperzine A, there's 100 mcg. in Focus XT and 200 mcg. in Neurogize XT. 300 mcg. per day...

For me Basis helps the joints feel a little better. If I rated how my joints feel I'd say I'm normally a 7/10 and this gets me to a 9/10 (man I wish I could feel like a high school athlete again...

Better joints, plus I believe it's helping me retain muscle in a caloric deficit. So I expect it to help keep fat down on a lean bulk.
