At 18 years old, you can gain weight so fast. Push yourself hard in the gym and eat as much protein as you can. The only limit to how fast you can gain weight right now is your work ethic.
I haven't trained in about 7 weeks due to an immensibly busy schedule. My strength is significantly down and my bodyfat is up. Can I expect my strength to increase and my bodyfat to drop simultaneously once I start lifting again next week?
