i do 4 to 5 diffrent exersies 4 to 5 days a weeks for chest and back broken up in equal days
goals
i am like 165 170 some times looking to get a litter bigger in the chest and arms
when i first started working out i took 3 bottles for a couple of mounths of no xplode
i like to be like 180 and cut but to too big
i work out four to five days a week not sure what you mean by stats
