    Just finished a 6 wk halo cycle and started to notice some joint pain in the last two weeks. Are you taking anything to help with that? It can be limiting if it gets bad...I took cissus and lots of fish oils and it seemed to help a lot.

    Strong lifts man good stuff...tomorrow is the last day of my halo/stano run. I went for 7 weeks and noticed the most results in the last 2 weeks. Keep up a strong diet and training and you will see results.

    Joint pain, decreased libido, and mood can also be effected when estrogen is crushed..I definatly wouldn't cut it out, but I don't think I would keep dosing that high either...I would recomend 2 pumps a day...that should be cool but there are a lot of guys in here who have a lot more experience...

    How are you applying the form? Do u pump it on your wrists and apply to upper chest/shoulders or do you use your hands to rub it in? I'm surprised u aren't feeling adverse effects from that high a dose..
