    As I said many different opinions out there to this. I think for people with no experience in sarms or prohormones a shorter cycle (4-6weeks) is better so they see how their Body reacts to the stuff. When everything was good, the second cycle can go longer.

    Yes the dosage will definetly depending on your weight. But just try it out in your first cycle. Start at 4mg the first days and than 8mg. In week 2 try 12 mg, in week 3 16mg. And than choose what works best for you. I wouldn't recommend to go at 20mg or higher for people under 90kg. Also your...

    Yes of course when your cycle is shorter than you got less supression. I wouldn't run LGD longer than 6 weeks becauste it is one of the strongest sarms with the most supression. I think you won't make good results with only 4mg a day. Studies are done with up to 22mg a day.
