    So wrong. If you get the right blender it will emulsify it to a smooth consistency. I've got a VitaMix 5200 and all veggies and fruits come out nice and smooth. Now, as to the original question. Blending is better because you keep all the fiber and pulb that a juicer would have you throwing away.

    Think of it like DOMS. I mean you got this when you first started working out, everyone does. Just another thing to deal with when you change your routine or suppliments. I'm taking 1.5g of taurine in the morning and evening, so 3g total. Haven't had a cramp since.

    The solution in nebulizers and inhalers is to weak for weight/fat loss. Normal cycle of albuterol is 8-18mg a day, 2-4 4mg pills. Your vial is 2.5mg/3ml, if it's just a 3ml vial then the whole thing would be just a single dose and not even enough for a full day. Get some good pills or liquid...
