    I run nolva, some creatine, usually a PCT Assist, and a pre-workout of some kind...I never liked to eat too much though because without the anabolics it'd be too easy to put on fat.

    I've run Protodrol and D-Plex (clone of the one) and the results were decent. To be honest I wouldn't recommend either of them; maybe in a stack. And to be honest I don't know what mestanolone is haha.

    Honestly what you have sounds fine; if you notice the body fat going up, then cut back on the calories. Every few weeks I do a couple workouts of high-reps to stimulate the metabolism...try something like that.

    That could be it actually; I drink about a gallon of milk a day lol...thanks I didn't know it was that common, it's weird because fat-wise I look like Jay Cutler...until you see the gut of an obese person. I'll try that.

    I'd say 15%...I wouldn't try to lose the fat you have now until your bulk is over, but next time limit it to 15% IMO.
