With regards to the bowel movements, they seem to be a little more frequent but this has been my diet for some time now. I need to change/tweak it I guess to get the results I am looking for. Any ideas on the diet??? Thanks

Good to take time off but if you want to workout in the hotel weight room I would recommed some simple full body movements. Pull-ups, dips & push-ups 7-10 reps x 7-10 sets. Should be done in about 20 minutes and give you a nice pump.
I was under the impression the two most important times to spike your insulin are right after a workout & right after waking up. I would recommend eating a banana right after you wake up as a pre-break. to spike the insulin.

I am 6'1" 192 work out 4-5 times per week. My diet is as follows:
5:30 am 2 eggs 3/4 cup of egg whites 2 slices of ezekiel bread green tea
8:30 am PBJ sandwich (natural P.B. on whole wheat bread)
10:30 am protein shake
12:00 pm chicken with brown rice or whole wheat pasta
2:00 pm cottage...
running h drol pill form 100 mg/day for 45 days. this is my second cycle had good gains first time around. looking at taking test. enanthate when this is done. any advice would be greatly appreciated.
