Each cap is 25mg so 125mg a day. I do 3x pre workout and then 2x later in the evening. Could probably bump up on dose and squeeze out a little more effects but seeing great results so far. -

Just an update from my initial video; Still at 5X caps per day and the vascularity is getting crazy. Like veins everywhere haha no change in cardio or diet either. Feels like an extremely mild epistane at this point if I had to compare to something most would know. -
