Recently started going barefoot for squats and deads. Took me a few times out to get used to it, but now I don't think i'll be changing back anytime soon.
I usually eat about every 2-3 hours with breakfast, lunch and dinner being a bit smaller than usual. In between each i'll add a small snack, usually high in protein, with the pre/post snacks being higher in carbs. You wanna keep your body constantly working so it doesn't begin to store.
3 g creapure, 3 g BA, 3 g GMS, 4.5 GPLC, 200mg caffiene, every now and then I'll add 60mg Geranium.
Have been playing with the idea of adding 100 mg of Norvaline.
Haven't tried it myself. But from what I've heard from peoples experiences taking Jack3d or any other pwo with the t2 would definitely give you a sick pump.
