    hmmm... was eating like a small bowl of oats in the morning and a piece of fruit, a cup of vegies too... many days I would skip one of the above. so about 150-200 callories a day from carbs. i dont think its enough but I was also in a calorie deficit and IDK if i was getting enough healthy...
