    Update: Like Prikkel I am trying to approach this from all angles. I started new diet 3 days ago. No sugar, no carbs. Only bone broth, 2-4 cloves of garlic a day. Some meat, and salad, and handful of almonds.

    hard to know what to do unless you have some kind of diagnosis.. For instance bacterial infection I would get anti biotics. Viral infection I would fast, and do 100% keto. Take monolaurin, garlic.

    @TheIronAsylum It is my belief that we are suffering from a chronic underlying infection. This can be ebv, hsv1/2, cmv, parvo, vzv, lyme etc. These for some reason have become reactivated. Basically leaving us with something like Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

    With regards to the liver enzymes its the same story everytime. Sometimes they are normal, the week after that they go elevated, then normal. Its as if the liver is taking "hits" at certain times. I am not drinking alcohol... I am fit 25 year old (22 year old at the time I crashed overnight)
