    I'm thinking that running a SERM like Torem beside the two for half of the cycle or more will help. I'm still not sure how I'm going to do it yet...but I've got until January to figure it out lol. That'll give me 10wks off after the Ostarine to stabilize.

    So how did all of this work out? I've got Ostarine on the way. I'm in the middle of a cut currently, losing 2lbs/wk on average per my spreadsheet. Leangains style IF (calorie cycling with a wild ass swing at macro cycling, 6-8hr eating window). I'm 5'6, 183lbs...between 19% and 22% per calipers...
