Thanks guys for all the advice. I have some extra hawthorn berry and coq10 so i will add that. I dont smoke, have been taking small amounts of caffiene(ill cut that out), ill break out some berries.
My carb intake is around 200 grams. Should i up that? Protien is at 300 fats 150...
Taking CELs cycle assist 8 capsules a day. 75 mgs on the 3rd week. Hate to stop now. Should i start my PCT or just tough the headaches and roll with the blood pressure? Any other supps to add? Drinking water like crazy too.

Can I take two pills at a time or space them out? I am going with 50/50/75/75/75. But should i just take 2 pills couple hours before i workout? when i am on 75 should i take 1 in morning then 2 later or just take 3 at a time?
