Bottom line abs ant built in the gym it's the diet that gets u abs you cant see them if u eat junk all the time but ab training is a must like any other body part train them from every angle do your cardio eat tidy and most of all have a bit of patients and ul get them
What's wrong a little green eyed monster just cause he's a 6 time champ and your nothing it take more to be a natural champ then anyone who takes gear so before you run your mouth have a go and ul see how hard it is fella
try doing theses three exercises ez-bar curls 3sets of 10-12reps. preacher one arm 3sets 10-12reps and last concentration curls 3sets 15reps it will hit your biceps from all angles try it for 12wks good luck
Ant had chance 2 start it yet mate tore my groin in work so had to take things easy till it 100% then il give it a blast need to put a bit of weight on been lazy last few months
That sum nice lifts mate I'm in the same boat I tore my left pec 6 years ago and it stops me going higher then 405lb I can do more but worried I'd tear it again took me 6months to get tidy strength in my lifts I think screw it 405 lb is more than enough to build muscle keep up the good work fella
Cheers bro need to work a bit more on my cardio can't do mma like I used to as you can see on the pic I tore my left pec and it courses problems with sum exercise and doing mma training
