I do a 4 day split and it seems to work well for strength gains.
Mon- shoulders and Tris
Tues- Back and Abs
Wed- Off
Thurs- Chest and Biceps
Fri- Legs and Abs
No **** Sherlock! Good grief I know that so I mixed it with water and it was still just as thick. If its too thick with water i don't want it. Plus it gave me the screaming ****s!!!
I bought some Myofusion and tried one shake and now I'll be returning it. It's so freakin thick I could chew it! Oh Yeah makes the best protein in my opinion!!
I am looking into starting my own personal training studio and was thinking of certifying through ACE. Does anyone have any experience with ACE or recommend something better?
Yea I have been using the same guy for a couple of years now that has always recommended great products to me and although I have got great gains from just 3 weeks of Tribol I'm not sure he nailed that recommendation! Lol
