I'm at a good balance at the moment of training really hard but diet wise I'm pretty relaxed and it's been good.
Might actually add some HIIT cardio back in just for heart health and probably that'll be post leg workout as that's my final day before a total rest day and it will aid...
Post show approach is I pretty much am hitting 3000 calories per day which is roughly maintenance / lower but it allows me have a free meal here and there if need.
