    Extensions have been a huge part of my leg development. if you have worries about knee or joint problems, i would just go light and squeeze the hell out of every rep. theirs really no other way to isolate the quads.

    ive always had great results with Kre-alkalyn. i Started using M5 a few months a go and have enjoyed the progress. i had a nice increase in strength. down side... its expensive. But if you have the money its worth it.

    I have used P6 red in the past, Its expensive but probably the best ive bought otc.
