Would blue up stim free be better dosed at night or pre-workout? Or is it better to split the dose and take one pill pre-workout and one before bed?

I started reading that and I thought you were going to suggest using all of them together. Haha

IMO avoid the excess research chems for an h-drol cycle and just get a couple bottles of cycle support or similar. Pre-load a week or two and run through pct.

I would throw in a multi and some fish oil. As Rosie said, the pre and post aren't really basics. Why not go the cheaper route and just get some creatine mono and some bulk bcaa's. ALthough I do love Jack3d!

Thats what I currently do. I buy a bulk order every few months and save myself 50% of what I would pay here. But you make an interesting point about mutant mass, several other large companies including muscle pharm manufacture here yet its still cheaper to purchase from the U.S. I pay less...

I have to agree, BSN's Syntha-6 and lean dessert are the best tasting out there without a doubt. I've only tried vanilla and chocolate but its like drinking a milkshake, almost too good to be true.

It's very odd. For example, it is cheaper to order a 5lb container of optimum whey from the states and pay $20 shipping than to buy locally in Canada.

Does anyone know the actual reason supplements are so much more expensive in Canada? On average 50-75% more. It seems outrageous especially considering the value of the american dollar is sinking like the titanic.

Jeez, under 10%? Thats very low. They wouldn't be selling many fat burners if everyone was following that rule.
