    thats the problem. His cycle concluded last Friday. I'm basically just looking for ways to expediate his thyroid recovery, until it is functioning at a normal level again. I dont want him to do any permanent damage. Tis why I asked how long it takes until the tyroid is functioning normally...

    Def' not the opprutune time. Drinking promotes estrogen and surpresses Test. Exact opposite of what you want to do post-cycle. Unless, of course you want to lose your gains, and risk a chnce of gyno :) It also decreases protein synthesis and a host of other bad things. M1t is also methylated...

    very insightful My diet is in check. My friend just finished a cycle and we are going away to Mexico in a week. He gave up drinking for the past 3 months, but it's going to be nearly impossible in Mexico and it is kinda his reward.

    How long does it take for you thyroid to recover from a 3-4 week cycle, ramped up and down at 25 and 50mcgs respectively? roughly 10 days? What would happen if I went on a week long drinking spree a week after the cycle? Would there be a complete rebound effect? would it reduce my thyroids...
