Hello Rhyno, I have read some forums and articles on how coconut oil increase metabolic rate and the fats produced is good for testosterone. I highly recommend coconut oil and you can also have your partner take it since its good for the health.
Since coconut oils consist of saturated fat, and fat means more testosterone. You can add coconut oils to your recipe or coffee, just in a regular basis so that you will not feel that you are on medication.
