    This may sound harsh, but, meh, it's teh webz. Wouldn't one assume that if a person COULD diet down to 3% that he'd already know a lot of the answers to the questions in this thread? I mean, some of this (like knowing how many lbs of fat = a certain % of BF) is like basic foundation-type stuff...

    Just a couple suggestions, IMO: 1: Egg whites by themselves have no place in a bulk. Eat the yolk, or at LEAST half of them. 2: Every meal should have a complete protein in it. Meal #2 does not. 3: Meal #3 - -s your shake mixed with water? You could mix it with whole milk since you're trying...
