Really wanted to try this before but I’ve heard it seem to really show it’s true benefits from higher dosages. So didn’t want to take crazy amount of capsules on 1 ingredient. Now I actually have the chance to try it out at only 3 capsules, can’t wait!
I’m going to assume byld does work. I’ve tried both PA and epi both separately and still having success with both. Haven’t tried Laxo. But yeah, if u can get it on sale, go for it. PA and epi alone are expensive.
I’ve used expired pre workout before, the powder tends to get clump, but never got any stomach issues from it. The only thing I notice is it might lose a bit of its effectiveness, but not by much.
Never had elbow pain as badly as mention here, but cissus for sure help with my elbow joints. I’m actually stronger in my skull crusher than I ever was.
