So just run the same cycle as last time but up the EQ dose? I have clomid and was gonna use it concurrently with Nolva but I heard Nolva is fine on it's own but I guess I could run both to be safe. Do you think dieting down a little right before the cycle is a good idea. I'm worried about...
Yes 16% and I wanna do another bulk, but I was either gonna diet down for like 6 weeks after I recover or recomp on my next cycle for a few weeks then bring my calories up. This is my first go around, but I'm no dummy. Just want the best result. So advice would be cool.
First Cycle:
500 mg/wk Test-C 15 wks
400 mg/wk EQ 12 wks
500 iu/wk HCG
Arimidex 0.25 mg/EOD
PCT
Nolva 40/40/20/20 mg/day for 4 wks
Results so far:
191 to 217 lbs @ 14-16% bodyfat
Bodyfat went higher than I wanted, but the diet has been clean. I think I just simply ate too much.
I'm planning...
I'm on my second week of my first cycle. I'm running 500mg/wk test-c and 400mg/wk EQ. I've been taking 0.25mg Anastrozol EOD since the first pin, and 500iu/wk HCG. I've read a lot about AIs but I'm having trouble getting a good answer on dosing it. How are supposed to know how much AI you need?
I'll be on my first cycle in a few weeks here and I just have a few questions.
First the cycle I've decided on.
500mg Test Cyp/wk x 12
400mg EQ/wk x 12
Arimidex EOD
Hcg 300-500 iu/4-5 days
PCT
Nolvadex 40/40/20/20
Clomid 100/100/50/50
How does the cycle look, and how far in can I expect to...
Don't forget about lifting heavy... Maybe a no brainer, but it needs mention. I think finding a good program is a good idea too. Westside has a great philosophy that works for a lot of people. I personally respond more to rep work over speed work but it's still a good idea to work on speed since...
I'd like to get to about 195 in contest condition. So I'd need to gain between 15-20 of lean mass. I read about eq and it's properties sounded attractive but now I'm thinking a test solo run might be a good start. Thoughts?
Judging from the information I provided do you think I'm ready for anabolics. Ultimately I'll decide what's right for me, but some advice from experienced users goes a long way.
