    If I'm overtraining I dont know what to do, when I say I do a low volume routine I'm not lying lol, if I done any less I would barely lift at all. So you think the TSH can be interfering with mine overall hormonal levels ??

    This man speaks the truth. Most people don't notice but you actually use your upper back, bis and even lats on the bench press ( for stabilization, not hypertrophy lol ). It would be ideal to make sure your back is well rested so you can make the most out of your chest workout :)

    Be sure to do your max, maintain only one reference of weight, and keep upping that weight. In the end, doesn't matter if it's 100lbs or 135lbs, what matter is that you are progressing ( adding weight to the bar ).

    Add some pepper sauce and/or lemon to it, seriously. Try melting some low carb cheese on top of it too, yummy.
  15. Fat loss maintaining most muscle

    Whats helps me a lot is zig zag dieting. Basically, let's say, you are eating 500 under maintenance ( 2000 for example ), so you basically consume 14000 in the week. But instead of eating them all equaly, you bump them up on workout days and make them lower on rest days.
