wow this is such a great story! when did your determination really set in. Its always hard for the first few weeks. when you started your cardio was it speed walking on an inclined treadmill?

when i lost a lot of weight my junior year of high school i ate yogurt for breakfast everyday. usually a sandwich with carrots for lunch. then a light dinner followed by cardio. Lots and Lots of water. Good luck :cheers:
i lifted at 5 am for football one morning and didnt eat. was maxing on front squat doing 315 and i got real light headed and had to drop the weight after 3 reps cuz i felt like passing out. bad experience :frustrate
