    Buffalo cauliflower,broccoli & asparagus for clean veggies fish at least ince per day egg whites chicken brest and avacodo are my staples during a cut. Full fat cottage cheese and peanut butter for desert.

    Sticking with 2200 cals for now. As for time I will take it slow just trying to fine tune and get to 12% bf. I will continue to carb cycle and adjust my cals as needed just enjoying the healthy lifestyle and watching my body change.

    If my BMR is 1799 per day and I want to loose 2lbs per week daily intake 1600? My TDEE is like 3500. Need some help. I'm using the my fitness pal app and carb cycling with very good results but 1500-1600 per day seems way low.

    I was doing the caffeine and yohimbine for about two months but it doesn't have the same kick I need on cardio days now. I work out at 4:30am as well. I'm excited to start this stack just waiting for the erase to show up tomorrow so I can start on Tuesday.

    This sounds like a great plan. Do you do that on your cardio days as well? I do every other day cardio and keep my carbs super low on those days.
