    sucks man. i have been doing every 3 days myself but still stuck at the same weights on all calf exercises, i tried my routine only 2 days apart and i was still sore and i couldn't do as much weight :/

    Dominant: more important, powerful, or successful than most or all others I said quad dominant, not that the hams weren't getting worked at all, just a lot more than the hams... especially in my case with my quads being stronger than my hamstrings

    I also have a "butt wink" issue when going past parallel in squats (wide stance) so I only go to parallel which makes my squats much more quad dominant
