I may not be in the company who believe this, but in my opnion belly fat is 85% Diet, 10% Supps, and 5% exersise. Touchy subject but I say get on a great, strict KD, like in Lyle's "Rapid Fat loss", and 86 the creatine. Allthough I do not post a lot, I read a lot and I see a common thread...
