Been lifting hard for the last seven years, at 48 I,m ready to get some serious gains. I'm in desent shape have done some bike marathons and am getting ready for my first bench contest with my workout buddy Damien. Interesed in all that helps increase a love of life and pyhsical conditioning. Like to continue to get stronger and keep looking good. Refuse to be one of those guys with their stomach hanging over their **** with skinny arms and no strength. In shot I'm dedicated. got to look good for the wife and stay strong for the kids.
