Pushing my body to the extremes every time I am in the gym is what I am about. There's nothing like setting a PR or blasting your legs until you can hardly stand. It doesn't matter where your from or what you do when you enter those doors and hear the clanking of metal and powerful grunts, it's like poetry to my ears.
