    You should put them in a processor first then throw them in, mixes so much better when the oats are in a smaller/powder form, otherwise they just clump and usually sink to the bottom on the blender. So much better using a processor for oats.

    That looks good, I think my thing was the mixture of egg with avocado just tasted too odd to me, but I may try that version. I tried w/o egg and it was mehhh, gf didn't care for it either.     Man it's the only thing I've never figured out how to store right, it's the only food I have trouble with. Everything else stays fresh and nice, even tried disinfecting and cleaning the whole fridge and turning the temp down from normal, but it's the only item that spoils in like a day or two.

    Sounds good. How do you store your avacados? I love them, but every time I buy them even ripe and fresh, when I use part of it and stick the remainder in the fridge their usually spoiled by the next day or so turning brownish etc. I've tried containers, bags, perforated etc... same results.

    If you want to try something, add a packet or two of french onion soup mix, I just tried that with chili the other week and it was incredible. I just made stuffed peppers with a packet of french onion soup mix added. Just add's an awesome taste.

    Just curious but what college do you go to that only gives 2 meals a day, and doesn't allow you to bring food (unless I misunderstood something)? That sounds ridiculous..... Plenty of answers above and you can also buy assorted nuts (almonds etc), very calorie dense.
