    I've gained about 6 pounds so far, diet is somewhere around 5-6k calories, 450g+ protein, carbs only pre, during, and 2 meals post workout, every other meal is P+F. I've been bulking since October, and I've picked up a decent amount of fat, but also lots of muscle. Went from 200lbs, about 10% BF...
