Have bulked and gained a lot of mass and now I'm losing cause I can't lift. Should I cut or what do u think for keeping gains. Any excercises I could do? Please help I'm pissed that I am losing gains that took me forever to get
Should I just do leg work with machines? Do u think that will help my arms at all? My arms have gotten really big and I don't want to lose it any other advice
I am starting a 4 day split. Chest. Back. Legs/shoulders. Arms. Some people say doing chinups/pull ups twice everyday is good. I though it might be counterproductive because of overtraining back and bis possibly. Any thoughts?

U definitely had no business running a cycle of var. u look like u never worked out a day in your life. U should have a good foundation before u started a cycle
I've read stuff on dc training. It looks good and I've wanted to try it. Do any of you guys know of a video on utube or something that explains it more?
Do these actually make u lose weight all around or just targeted fat? Because I don't want to lose weight. But I would like to slim down stomach some places
