    Thanks, I only try and wrap on my top set. My % for the program are based off my 520 wrapped PR squat. I go beltless and just knee sleeves as much as I can. Last round I did with this program. My squat jumped 40lbs by week 8.

    Kind of on a Back of period right now. About it hit it hard again and start the program over. But Yes.. It's been going very well. For being my age and weight. I have been gaining great during 2016. I'm looking at a 1400+ next meet and working on getting that 1500 next.

    Hit the Gym again yesterday. Bench and Accessories. Again a subpar day.White Flood does alright so far, but nothing to crazy. I don't get a crazy kick of Stims nor any Beta Alanine tingles from it.
