    Right, but does it make a difference in what type of protein it is. I mean I doubt that I'd want to take 50g of PeptoPro because 1) I'd go broke 2) I'm assuming I'd probably get the worst case of diarrhea So, would one subsitute 1 part ultra hydrolyzed (di and tri peptides) for two parts...

    I've been using True Protein's Recession Whey WPC/WPI Blend for a while now since I'm trying to save some money, but was recently able to get some PeptoPro (Hydrolyzed Caseinate) for free. My Pre-workout shake typically is 22g WPC/WPI 40g Quick Oats 5g Creatine (if its a loading day 3 on 4 off)...
