    Just to add... i use 10 caps ed... i experimented and found taking 2 tabs 5 times a day is perfect... its expensive, but it works , and im a bit limited to what i can use.

    Russianstar here, i have to say i love anabeta, preparing for the europeans and mens naturals its hard to find natural products that do anything, but anabeta works, i use that with need2slin, daa, and erase.. i run 8 weeks on 3 weeks off.. works great for me, and have been adding muscle faster...
