Ok so I did a check on my macros.
I'm 197lbs
Daily cals- 2679
Carbs- 141g
Fats- 119g
Protein- 249g
I would call that a caloric deficit. If I cut anymore out of that, I'll lose even more muscle.
Hmmm yes, fairly simple. I quit keeping track of my macros because, well...its a pain in the ass, but I eat the same thing everyday so it's easy to keep track of. I def don't go over 3000 cals a day and with that much cardio and weight training it's hard to say I'm not in a deficit

I'm definitely well hydrated. I pound a liter straight out of bed and another half a liter before my workout even begins. Could always get more rest though. May try upping my carbs before workout.

When I do a morning workout. Pre workout meal consist of -
2 whole eggs, 4 egg whites, half cup oats & banana
