    i ran into the same problem this past summer with getting enough calories. a friend suggested drinking a gallon of whole milk through out the day on top of having a full meal every two hours obviously, all while lifting your ass off. this is a great way to take in crazy calories. i dont know...

    looks good to me. . .the only thing i would mention on is possibly combining your bi day with back to get an extra day of rest, but if thats how you want to do it it looks good.

    I was interested in doing a quick Rebound Xt reloaded cycle after my season was over, completely on its own, to help gain back lost muscle. this is probably a dumb question but just to be safe can anyone tell me if rbxt would show up on a drug test on its own? thanks for the help.
