I'm doing 16/8 as well and my extremely stubborn lower ab fat is finally coming off.

Just completed my second day. Its probably too early to assess anything but during the day, aside from a few minor hunger pains, I was completely alert and focused.
We'll see how tomorrow goes (rest day but will be doing some cardio and probably abs (doing PHAT))
