    i need high calorie, high carb, and high protein right? why are eggs so good for bulking their only 8g of carbs? is it cause its high calorie?

    i got the shakes, nuts and pb lol but i can only eat so much of that stuff man. I'm trying to get more variety so i dont have to repeat the same stuff every day.

    Dam im getting blasted for this. So i guess ill hold up on it and take your advice on not taking it. So where can i get a good diet? remember its hard for me to make big meals, only thing i have access to at work is a microwave and 30 break. help me out here
